3rd year of our project Roots was initiated at 9th September 2005. During the week from 21st – 5th September our school has been visited by 21 students with 2 teachers from our partner-school Liceo Europeo-Bambini Gesu in Fermo in Italy within the frame of an Exchange programme. This years topic of our project are "the roots of music". We would like to process the roots of famous czech componers - B. Smetana, A. Dvořák and L. Janáček. Moreover we are preparing the Big Music Show, which should be given in May.
Our students assembled a questionary, which deal with interest for music of young people in particular countries. We would like to process and later publicate this questionary.
First considerable action of this project year was realized on Friday 7th October 2005. 19 students and 3 teachers made a trip to explore the Roots of Bedřich Smetana to his born-place Litomyšl. They have also utilized a movie document, which was presented at 1st working meeting on 15th - 21th October on Island.
6th - 9th December 2005 the 2nd working meeting was organized in Geithain, in Geithain were presented also our postcard designs.
27th March - 1st April 2006 the 3rd working meeting and exchange meeting in Fermo
2nd - 5th May 2006 the 4th working meeting was realized in Klášterec nad Ohří
